Coaching

Book a coaching session with Toni (either online or in person). These sessions are future-focused, goal-oriented and designed to help you move to that place where you want to be.

The sessions will be structured, we will use evidence-based assessments, you will receive regular check-ins and be held accountable.

Session details:

  • First session: 90 minutes
  • Subsequent sessions: 60 minutes

The number of sessions will vary on a case-by-case basis and will depend on how much work is completed outside of each session.

Between sessions, Toni will provide strategies to work on, information to read or listen to, and ideas to reflect on.
